Redfish are one of my favorite species to catch, paint, and eat. Pound for pound they’re one of the hardest fighting fish to reel in, especially when you’re in a kayak. I remember heading down to Wenona for a short sunset mission and happened to be in the right place at the right tide, throwing the right lure.
